Hi there! As far as I recall, most of the park was handicapped accessible yes. That said, there were safety warnings on many of the Harry Potter rides we went on (not suitable for pregnant women, e.g.) so it’s possible certain rides would *not* be accessible. I’d check out the Universal website for further information.
